The following is a list of changes to the master database for version 03.00.
- Add Sub-Series to each item.
- Renamed "The Original Collector's Price" in the Books series to "The Original Collector's Price Guide to PEZ".
- Combined "PEZ Petz Series 1", "PEZ Petz Series 2", "PEZ Petz Series 3", and "PEZ Petz Series 4" into one series named "PEZ Petz". The old series numbers are now used as the sub-series.
- Changed Star Wars character "C3PO" to "C-3PO".
- Changed Misfits character "Witch" to "Black Witch".
- In the Misfits series for the Trucks, moved the character names to the sub-series, moved the issues to the character names, and changed issues to "-".
- In the Trucks series, moved the character names to the sub-series, and moved the issues to the character names. Also, changed the issue to the following:
